Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to carefully inspect the items. In the event that you discover any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please don't hesitate to contact us promptly. This will allow us to assess and address the issue effectively. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.

After receiving acknowledgment from the Label Muskaan Singh team, kindly arrange for the product to be shipped back to us. While doing so, please ensure that you obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier personnel, confirming the number of products being dispatched, along with their signature and contact number. It's important to note that Label Muskaan Singh cannot assume responsibility for any shipments that may go missing during this process.

Please be aware that the expenses associated with returning the product, including shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For added security and tracking, we highly recommend using traceable mail services when returning items to us.

In case of international orders, the courier cost of sending the item back for repairs or replacement will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy
